This Contest is offered to you, under the conditions outlined below, by Smart NV, with registered office at Neerveld 14, 2550 Kontich, Belgium, with company number BE 0448.827.611, producer and seller of, among other things, SmartGames.
2.1 For the purposes of this Contest Rules document, the following terms, indicated with a capital letter, shall mean:
3.1 The Contest offers Participants the chance to win one of 20 Prizes.
3.2 No purchase is required. Play the digital game, enter your details, answer the contest question, and submit your entry.
4.1 There are 20 Prizes as defined above.
4.2 The Prizes are strictly personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
4.3 The prizes will be awarded to the 20 participants whose answers are closest to the correct number in the entry question. If more than one participant provides the same answer, the allocation of prizes will be determined by the order in which the entries were received.
4.4 Winners will be notified by email on 5 December 2025 and asked to provide a valid postal address. Prizes will be shipped by post at the Organiser’s expense.
4.5 If a winner does not provide their postal address within 7 days of being contacted, they forfeit the Prize and an alternate winner will be selected.
4.6 If a winner provides incorrect or incomplete information, they will be disqualified, and the Prize will be awarded to another eligible Participant.

5.5 A person can only win once, even if multiple email addresses are used. Winning a Prize is non-cumulative.
6.1 The Contest runs from 01/10/2025 00:00 to 30/11/2025 23:59.
7.1 By participating, the Participant declares to have read and accepted the Contest Rules without reservation. If applicable, the Participant also agrees to any rules imposed by social media platforms used by the Organiser.
7.2 By participating, the Participant acknowledges that the Organiser cannot be held liable in connection with the Contest, except in cases of fraud or intentional error. The Organiser is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from participation.
8.1 Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Smart Group’s Privacy Policy, published at www.smartgames.eu. The only data we collect is your name and email address. If you win a Prize, you will be asked to provide your home address to receive your Prize.

9.1 The Organiser reserves the right to exclude any Participant from the Contest or reclaim Prizes in case of rule violations, fraud, or dishonest behaviour. These decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
9.2 The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Contest Rules.
9.3 If any part of the Contest Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the Organiser will replace it with a valid provision that closely reflects the intent. This is at the Organiser’s sole discretion and cannot be contested.
9.4 Belgian law applies. Any disputes will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction over the Organiser’s registered office.
